Certified Organic Rye Grain from South West Victoria.Rye has a wonderful earthy flavour and is low in gluten. It can be soaked and boiled like any other grain for use in soups or porridges. You can also sprout the grains for a sprout even better than wheatgrass. If you have a mill you can make your own flour, or roll them in a flaker.
