Don't stress if you don't know how to use these dried beans!  Why not turn them into sprouts? Soak them for 4 to 5 hours and then drain well.  Put them in a cotton or calico bag, tie the mouth up and leave it for another 8 hours.  You have your sprouted mung beans ready to be used in your salads.
