Mikkeline from ‘All Things Aroha’ has created this delicious new Bush food Kraut combining the flavours Lemon Myrtle and Tasmanian Pepperberry with organic green cabbage.
The artwork is by Gaala Watson from ‘Bimbi Love’. She is a proud woman from the Birri Gubba and Kungalu peoples of Central Queensland.
Mikkeline herself from a culturally diverse background (Maori and Danish) is passionate about working with other local, sustainable and indigenous businesses. Both Gaala and Mikkeline work alongside Food Connect in Shed.
All Things Aroha was born from a passion of creating delicious, healthy and clean plant based foods. Founder Mikkeline hand crafts her Krauts and Kimchis in the Food Connect kitchen using mostly Organic produce, with plans for many interesting varieties. She is a life long foodie and has enjoyed immersing herself in the world of food through learning and creating tasty treats ever since she was a child.
