Certified Organic Khorasan Flour, grown in North West NSW. Khorasan, or Kamut, is an ancient type of wheat that has twice the grain size, as well as higher protein and mineral levels. Many people find they can tolerate Khorasan better than Wheat, with less bloating. You can use this flour in a similar way to Wheat, and it gives a rich buttery crumb that is always popular.
