A bag of seconds grade greens such as kale, silverbeet, Chinese greens, beetroot leaves, celery, eschallots, cabbage. They may be a little wilted or holey but great for soups, stocks or adding variety to your fermented vegetables. This bag is roughly equivalent of around 3 bunches of greens.
