Green bell capsicums picked when ripe, with an all-over green appearance. Capsicums are often referred to as "peppers" and are related to chillies. Like most varieties, green capsicums are a good source of vitamins A and C and provide dietary fibre. Store in the vegetable crisper or in a plastic bag in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
