Avocados, Anaheim - 1kg

John Morrow

Anaheim Avocados were one of the first varieties brought to California by Spanish missionaries.   These are one of the largest Avocado varieties, up to 1kg each, making them great for Guacamole making.     We will try to include 2 avos in the pack.

You can judge ripeness by the skin going a dull colour, then test by giving a gentle squeeze around the stalk.   Don't wait too long, Anaheims tend to be pass their best point quickly once ripe.
