In short

With an entire network of local growers and ethical makers in one online store, it only takes a couple of clicks to get our farm fresh local produce and ethical household products to your door!

  1. Create an account.
  2. Go nuts on our shop (if you're new here, we recommend starting with one of our set boxes - it's the best way to get a feel for eating with the seasons).
  3. Choose from home delivery or free City Cousin pick-up.
  4. Pay at checkout.
  5. Wait for your first order to arrive!

Delivery days

Deliveries happen every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Each City Cousin has a set day and hours - find out more about that here.

Order cut-offs

Orders for the week ahead close on Sunday night at 10pm. This allows us to update our orders with the farmers, ready for them to deliver produce first thing in the week.

Specials, new products and set box inclusions

Every Friday we send out an email - we call it the eFarmie - which includes specials for the following week and exciting new products, so keep an eye on those inboxes. On the same day, we update the 'What's In The Box' page on our website, which details the inclusions of each set box to help you make your selection.

Recurring orders

Don't want to miss an order? You can set up an order to automatically repeat every week or fortnight by clicking "subscribe" rather than "one-time purchase" when you check out. You can change, increase or stop your recurring order at any time. It's all done through our online store, but we're here to help if you get stuck

Anything can happen

All of our fresh produce is sourced from farms within 500km of Brisbane, and harvested just days before it gets to you. While the freshness and low food miles have countless benefits, the short turnaround time means that sometimes something we expect to be available won't make it to us when expected or at all. Whether due to hail, heat or broken down equipment. We always do our best to ensure you get what you ordered, but sometimes substitutions or omissions will be made. In this case we'll always let you know, and endeavor to credit your account as quickly as possible where needed.
