Russian garlic has a mild and sweet flavour compared to its punchier cousins. Somewhere between an onion and garlic it compliments steamed veggies, marinades or excellent served raw due to its gentle flavour. Why not roast one of the massive bulbs whole and spread it on toast like a delicious garlicky butter.
