This is a recipe from @brideoftheflames one of our amazing Food Connect customers who was inspired by the order they received last week. It's a quick and easy way to eat out of your box and we hope it inspires your brekky repertoire!
This is the thrown in method, no listed quantities, you can measure to your liking :-)
Finely chop an onion and some Russian garlic and throw in the pan with a hefty slug of olive oil. Add some diced capsicum and sliced mushroom. Let this fry and add some finely shredded kale, stir and cook for a few minutes.
Next, create a well in the pan and crack in an egg. When it is cooked, serve onto a plate and sprinkle with some of Sabarac's Moroccan Fatalii Pear Fermented Hot Sauce and enjoy. Done and dusted in 10 minutes!
