Refreshing Mango Lassi
We've got a great mango lassi recipe to keep you cool and refreshed in the final weeks of Summer!
- Using a mortar and pestle (or your best substitute i.e. coffee grinder) crush six cardamom pods, separate the seeds and proceed to grind them into a fine powder.
- Cut and dice up your mangoes, remove from peel and put in the blender along with yoghurt, ice cubes, cardamom powder and honey.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
