Welcome to Week 28!
What's New This week's specials include Leeks (yes!), belonging to the Allium family, they are a classic addition to soups, pies and tarts. With a milder taste than onion, the lovely leek is a welcomed addition to our winter cooking repertoire. Not to be overlooked, the leaves are great thrown into a pot to flavour, broths and stocks.
